This Privacy Policy applies to Idea Miner (https://idea-miner.com), including its website, accounts, AI assessments, and operations analytics. The site operator is responsible for the processing described here. Send privacy, access, correction, export, or deletion requests to support@idea-miner.com. You do not need to log in to read this page.
1. Information We Collect
When you visit, our server records request times, paths, response statuses, IP addresses, and browser information to deliver pages, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. Account services process email addresses, password hashes, third-party sign-in identifiers, credit balances, and spending records. Ideas you submit and assessment results are processed to provide AI assessments. We do not store full payment card details; a third-party payment provider processes payments.
2. Use of Cookies
Essential cookies support login sessions, security checks, and your cookie choices. When Google Analytics is configured, browser analytics scripts load after you accept cookies to measure visits and usage; declining analytics does not prevent access to public pages. 3. Data Security and Scrubbing
Public demand data is displayed as summaries and source links. Scrubbing rules replace email addresses, phone numbers, and similar information during ingestion. Automated rules cannot guarantee detection of every personal detail; report any missed information with the page URL so we can investigate and remove it. HTTPS, account permissions, and server access controls protect data; authorization credentials are not rendered on public pages. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
4. Account and Billing Data
We use account data to identify users, maintain sign-in, record credit spending, and handle service requests; technical logs maintain security and availability; aggregate statistics help improve the site. Hosting, database, network protection, email, payment, and AI providers may process information necessary to supply their services. We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed to provide services, with your consent, or to meet legal obligations.
Idea descriptions you submit are processed through a large language model API to generate assessments. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. Google sign-in profile data, Google analytics and advertising account data, and OAuth credentials are not inputs to AI assessments and are not used for model training. Third-party processing is also subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy policy.
5. Your Data Rights
Regardless of your country or region, you have the right to access, correct, and export your personal data, and to request deletion of your account and associated data (Right to Erasure) — EU/UK users hold these rights under GDPR, and we extend the same rights equally to every user. Please submit requests via the email below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account does not reverse token spends already completed, but it will stop any further processing of your data.
Google Data Access and Use
Google Sign-In and Operations Data Connections Are Separate Features
If you choose Google sign-in, the site receives your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture if provided, to create or link your site account. Google sign-in does not authorize access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your analytics, search, or advertising accounts. You can read public content without Google sign-in and use other sign-in methods offered by the site.
Operations Analytics Permissions and Data Retrieved
With explicit authorization from the site operator, Idea Miner uses read-only access to this site's Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google AdSense data, including daily sessions, active users, page views, search clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and advertising earnings. This connection lets the operator review site traffic, search performance, and advertising results; ordinary visitors are not asked to authorize their own analytics or advertising accounts.

Operations analytics uses OAuth access and refresh credentials to make scheduled read-only requests. Stored records contain metrics aggregated by date and processing status, not individual visitors' Google account details, emails, files, search history, or payment card information. Although Google may grant a broader read scope than a particular request needs, our collection code queries only the site resources configured by the operator.
Purpose, Sharing, and Human Access Limits
Authorization credentials are kept in access-restricted server configuration. Daily aggregate metrics are stored in our database for authorized operators to review historical trends. We do not sell this Google data, provide it to large language models, use it for model training or personalized advertising, or display it to other users. Apart from infrastructure processing needed for hosting and backups or legal requirements, we do not share this data with third parties.
Google data is accessible only to authorized personnel who need it to maintain site operations analytics, and must not be reviewed for purposes unrelated to the disclosed functionality. Necessary troubleshooting, abuse investigation, and legal obligations are handled within applicable Google user data policy limits. Google data is not used for advertising targeting, sold to data brokers, or used for creditworthiness or lending decisions.
Revoking Access and Deleting Google Data
Operators can revoke authorization at any time through their Google Account third-party connections page. After revocation, the site cannot retrieve new data through that authorization. Revocation does not automatically delete saved aggregate records, which are retained for historical trend analysis. Data Retention, Deletion, and International Processing
Account and assessment data is retained during account use to support history and service delivery. Transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. Daily Google aggregate metrics support historical trend analysis and currently have no fixed automatic deletion period. Authorization credentials are retained while the connection is in use. You may request deletion of account, authorization, or aggregate data that is no longer needed; we verify your identity and applicable retention obligations before processing the request. Deletion requests also take access-restricted backups into account, and we explain any necessary retention exceptions. Hosting or service providers may process data outside your country or region.
Policy Updates and Contact
We publish policy updates and their date on this page. Before introducing new uses of Google data or new permissions, we update the relevant disclosures and obtain renewed authorization where needed. Send privacy requests to support@idea-miner.com, stating the request type and relevant account or data scope. Do not email passwords, OAuth credentials, or full payment details.
