企业在处理具有时效约束的合同与业务单据时，往往依赖人工逐份查验并手动录入生效与截止日期，效率低下且容易出现疏漏。出于数据安全与合规要求，敏感业务文件不能随意上传至公网第三方 SaaS 平台，而若为此采购重型企业级内容管理系统，又面临成本过高、部署过于冗杂的困境。

在客户既有的 Microsoft Azure 租户内搭建一套轻量级无服务器解析应用。通过提供简易的前端上传入口或基于 Azure Blob Storage 的事件触发机制，系统在接收 PDF 文档后自动调度 Azure AI Document Intelligence 完成关键字段解析，精准提取生效起始与截止日期并输出结构化数据，在全程保障企业数据不出内网边界的同时实现自动化录入。
