Automated Bulk Enterprise Mailbox Provisioning and Deliverability Setup on Alibaba Cloud
Pain Points (Public)
Marketing teams conducting outbound campaigns targeting mainland China face stringent regional ISP filtering and account creation limits. Manually purchasing, provisioning, and configuring thousands of enterprise mailboxes across multiple custom domains on Alibaba Cloud is labor-intensive and prone to configuration drift, which severely degrades domain reputation and inbox placement rates.
Suggested Approach (Public)
Implement an automated provisioning pipeline utilizing Alibaba Cloud Mail and DNS APIs to create and activate business mailboxes at scale. The solution includes bulk domain verification, programmatic configuration of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX authentication records, followed by a phased inbox warmup schedule designed to maximize email deliverability across Chinese mail servers.

Opportunity assessment PRO
Development brief PRO
- Acknowledge the core demand as a one-off deliverable (bulk Aliyun mailbox creation and DNS setup for 1,000–2,000 accounts) rather than a scalable software product.
- Build a lightweight CLI script using Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Mail SDK/APIs to automate batch domain verification and user creation for 1,000+ accounts.
