Urgent Same-Day Event Video Highlight Montage Editing
Pain Points (Public)
Event organizers and social media teams often sit on hours of sprawling raw event footage with specific timestamp notes, but face severe bottlenecks turning them into punchy 20-to-30-second vertical highlight reels under strict same-day deadlines.
Suggested Approach (Public)
Implement an expedited short-form editing pipeline utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to ingest timecoded shot lists, rapidly assemble narrative-driven rough cuts with balanced pacing, and export color-balanced 9:16 reels tailored for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
