Development brief PRO
- Acknowledge that initial demand on Freelancer.com ($10–$65 task offers) represents a one-off manual screening service rather than autonomous SaaS demand; position an initial wedge strictly as a candidate-facing credential intake portal to organize academic and employment PDFs before manual review.
- Build a bilingual candidate intake portal supporting drag-and-drop upload for Chinese academic degrees, graduation certificates, and previous employment termination letters in PDF, PNG, and JPG formats.
