High-Volume Rough-Cut Trimming for Short-Form Video
Pain Points (Public)
Creators generating continuous raw footage lack the editing bandwidth to eliminate dead air, identify opening retention hooks, and enforce strict 15–60 second runtime caps without incurring the prohibitive costs of full-tier post-production.
Suggested Approach (Public)
A focused rough-assembly workflow prioritizing jump cuts, conversational pacing, and front-loaded hooks, delivering tight 9:16 vertical timelines calibrated for platform length limits without unnecessary styling overhead.

Opportunity assessment PRO
Development brief PRO
- Target short-form Instagram Reels creators who produce continuous raw takes by offering an initial semi-automated cutting service focused strictly on removing dead air and enforcing 15–60 second vertical (9:16) bounds.
-
- Ingest 9:16 vertical raw footage and run basic silence/pause detection to automatically slice dead air and output continuous speech blocks.
