Template-Guided AI Email Auto-Responder
Pain Points (Public)
Teams spend hours manually answering repetitive inbound inquiries, causing delayed response times and message inconsistency, while traditional static auto-responders sound robotic and cannot dynamically adapt pre-approved guidance to specific customer questions.
Suggested Approach (Public)
Build a modular email automation service integrating Gmail or IMAP webhooks with LLM completion APIs to parse incoming message intent, ground responses in a curated template library, and generate polite, factual email replies with clean abstractions for future SMS or social channel expansion.

Opportunity assessment PRO
Development brief PRO
- Position as a specialized template-guided engine that restricts OpenAI API completions strictly to pre-approved corporate template libraries, directly addressing the $250 - $750 Freelancer task requirements for factual English responses without hallucinations.
-
- Inbound Email Ingestion Daemon: Build an asynchronous listener in Python and FastAPI that polls or receives webhooks via Gmail API and IMAP to ingest incoming customer inquiries.
